Description

Lead the analysis, correlation, and mitigation of information security events and risks.

You will own the security posture by defining policies, testing response plans, and reporting on performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Analyze security events to identify handling actions and rate potential incidents.
• Develop IT security policies, operational procedures, and documented action plans to mitigate risks.
• Establish standard methodologies for security testing and review procedures based on risk management plans.
• Evaluate and test incident response plans periodically to ensure relevance and acceptable response times.
• Prepare information security performance reports and recommend enhancements to improve security posture.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in security roles.
• Proven ability to identify, document, and mitigate IT security attacks, threats, and risks.
• Experience developing security policies, standards, and operational procedures.
• Ability to conduct comparative analysis of security service performance parameters.
• Skill in evaluating incident response plans against industry good practices.
• Availability to travel on an as-needed basis.
• Ability to work client business hours as required by project allocation.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in Electronics, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Networking, or equivalent practical experience.
