Good to Have Skills: Experience in payments, fintech, or banking domains with high-volume transaction processing. Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, event-driven architecture, cloud-native application delivery, and DevOps practices. Working knowledge of cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure), API gateways, authentication, authorization, and security policies. Technical leadership experience including mentoring developers, leading design discussions, and setting engineering standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, build, testing, and support of full-stack solutions across responsive user interfaces and scalable Java services.
• Guide engineers, influence technical decisions, and collaborate with product, architecture, QA, and platform teams.
• Ensure delivery of secure, reliable, maintainable, and high-performing applications for global payment processing platforms.
• Drive end-to-end feature design and delivery across React front-end components, Java backend services, and API integrations.
• Lead technical discussions, mentor engineers, manage delivery risks, and influence stakeholders across engineering teams.
• Establish front-end patterns, manage application state, and integrate front-end applications with backend APIs.
• Drive code reviews, unit testing, integration testing, CI/CD adoption, and secure coding practices.
• Perform performance tuning, debugging, observability, incident analysis, and production support for business-critical applications.

Experience Required: 8+ years of professional software development experience, including strong hands-on experience building enterprise web applications using React, Java backend technologies, APIs, and databases, with proven experience leading technical delivery
