Description

You will design, build, and support full-stack solutions for global payment processing platforms, owning the lifecycle from React front-end components to scalable Java backend services.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end feature design and delivery across responsive user interfaces and microservices.
• Guide engineers, influence technical decisions, and set engineering standards for code quality and security.
• Establish front-end patterns, manage application state, and integrate React applications with backend APIs.
• Drive code reviews, unit testing, integration testing, CI/CD adoption, and secure coding practices.
• Perform performance tuning, debugging, observability, incident analysis, and production support for critical applications.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional software development experience building enterprise web applications.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs.
• Proficiency in React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for front-end development.
• Experience with SQL and database design.
• Knowledge of Microservices architecture and API integrations.
• Ability to mentor developers and lead technical discussions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in payments, fintech, or banking domains with high-volume transaction processing.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and event-driven architecture.
• Working knowledge of cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure) and DevOps practices.
