Description

Lead technical training delivery and learner development for new hires and existing staff in Manila.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate multi-week blended learning, transmission, and nesting programs for new hires.
• Create, revise, and manage training materials and documentation to build fundamental staff skills.
• Coach and supervise learners during nesting, OJT, and BQM environments to ensure performance metrics are met.
• Oversee new hire progression and implement solutions to enhance training outcomes.
• Deliver multi-hour training sessions covering product updates, behavioral changes, or new tool implementations.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience working as a Trainer.
• Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to develop solutions and implement process improvements.
• Availability to work shifting or graveyard schedules.

Preferred Skills

• Experience maintaining accurate reporting and communicating regularly with clients and team members to resolve issues.
