You will provide managed detection and response services for large-scale customers within a 24x7 global SOC.

You will join a 24x7 global SOC to provide managed detection and response services for large-scale customers.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and review threats and suspicious events proactively.
• Investigate, triage, and perform deep-dive analysis on alerts to develop remediation plans.
• Conduct proactive threat hunting using internal visibility tools and proprietary research clouds.
• Collaborate with R&D and research teams to contribute to the knowledge base and malware analysis cookbooks.
• Work directly with customers to follow up on investigation items and provide incident support.

Required Skills

• 2-3 years of experience in Technical Support, SOC, Incident Response, Malware Analysis, or IT Security.
• Strong understanding of networking and security fundamentals.
• Proficiency with SQL, Bash, Python, and PowerShell.
• Experience supporting multiple operating systems including Windows, Mac, and Linux.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work a fluid schedule including hours outside the normal work week.
• Any Graduate degree.
