Lead the architectural design and delivery of Salesforce solutions for complex business requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research into client Salesforce usage to produce findings, recommended steps, and solution roadmaps.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to build prototypes and proofs of concept for requirement elicitation.
• Design Salesforce, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and platform solutions while ensuring architectural integrity.
• Groom and refine the Salesforce product backlog in coordination with functional consultants and stakeholders.
• Act as a release manager by approving configuration and code deployments across environments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in architecture or technical leadership.
• Deep expertise in the Salesforce platform, specifically Education Cloud.
• Proven ability to design Sales and Service Cloud solutions.
• Experience defining requirements through prototyping and proof of concept development.
• Ability to illustrate technical designs with clear justifications for stakeholders.
• Experience managing product backlogs and collaborative project planning.
• Strong mentorship skills for other Salesforce professionals.
