Description

Lead the integration and management of marketing technology stacks across omni-channel digital applications. Own the implementation of marketing automation solutions and manage MarTech infrastructure for websites, mobile apps, and iPad applications.

Responsibilities

• Implement marketing automation software and technology solutions into existing stacks to align with business objectives.
• Design, develop, and roll out technical solutions while working directly with business stakeholders.
• Analyze KPIs including conversion rates, click-through rates, and cost-per-lead to drive campaign optimization.
• Collaborate with marketing, data, and development teams to identify performance opportunities and recommend strategies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering or MarTech management.
• Hands-on expertise with Braze, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
• Experience with mParticle (CDP) and Snowflake (DW).
• Proven experience managing MarTech for retail B2C digital applications.
• Proficiency in using Firebase and Branch.
• Technical knowledge of transactional applications versus content applications.
• Experience with web analytics and database management.
• Ability to interpret complex data metrics to drive customer acquisition and revenue.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Snowflake Cloud and digital advertising platforms.
