Lead the Reporting Analytics team to translate data into actionable business insights and drive operational efficiency.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 2-3 Associate Process Managers and 10-15 Reporting Analysts.
• Execute data analytics strategy and establish governance protocols for data quality and compliance.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business challenges into analytical projects.
• Design reporting frameworks and interactive dashboards to track performance metrics.
• Lead cross-functional analytics projects, managing resources, timelines, and budgets.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in data-driven leadership roles.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL for querying databases and extracting data.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions, VBA, and dashboard creation.
• Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server and database management systems.
• Proven ability in data visualization using Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau.
• Experience managing ETL processes and data warehousing workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, recruit, and develop high-performing analytics teams.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of BI tools such as SSIS packages or Power BI.
• Understanding of statistical methods, forecasting, and predictive analysis.
