Description

You will support the development of customer-facing products and services by bridging the gap between customer needs and technical execution.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product leadership to define, prioritize, and deliver product features and enhancements.
• Partner with engineering, design, ML, customer success, and marketing teams to translate feedback into actionable improvements.
• Manage the product development lifecycle from ideation to release, ensuring projects meet deadlines and deliver value.
• Build and maintain product dashboards to monitor KPIs, feature adoption, and customer behavior.
• Conduct market research on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies in the enterprise SaaS and AI space.
• Communicate product updates, roadmaps, and performance metrics to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 4-5 years of experience in product management or management consulting.
• Proficiency with product management tools including Jira and Aha.
• Strong ability to analyze data and translate analytics into actionable insights.
• Expertise in story lining, slide-making, and communicating complex ideas.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Proven capability in managing product requirements and roadmaps.
• Deep understanding of SaaS and KPI monitoring.

Preferred Skills

• MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
• Industry experience in healthcare, SaaS, or high-tech sectors.
