Break down roadmap items into detailed monthly plans and coordinate with engineering, product, and business teams to align on priorities. Track project milestones, proactively resolve blockers, and maintain release schedules. Provide regular updates to stakeholders on progress, risks, and mitigation strategies. Analyze post-release data to optimize future roadmaps and engineering operations.

Responsibilities

• Break down roadmap items into detailed monthly release plans and actionable tasks.

Required Skills

• 4-6 years of experience in product planning and execution.
• Proficiency in SQL for monitoring KPIs and evaluating outcomes.
• Experience using JIRA or similar project management platforms.
• Strong technical acumen regarding software development processes and terminology.
• Proven ability to manage dependencies and cross-functional stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in Agile development environments with sprint planning and backlog management.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools for generating product insights.
• Knowledge of AI/ML-based product development.
