Description

Translate high-level product roadmaps into actionable release plans and manage engineering task execution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Break down roadmap items into detailed monthly release plans and actionable tasks.
• Coordinate with engineering, product, and business teams to ensure alignment on priorities.
• Track project milestones and proactively resolve blockers to maintain release schedules.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders regarding progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Analyze post-release data to optimize future roadmaps and engineering operations.

Required Skills

• 4-6 years of experience in product planning and execution.
• Proficiency in SQL for monitoring KPIs and evaluating outcomes.
• Experience using JIRA or similar project management platforms.
• Strong technical acumen regarding software development processes and terminology.
• Proven ability to manage dependencies and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Any Graduate.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in Agile development environments with sprint planning and backlog management.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools for generating product insights.
• Knowledge of AI/ML-based product development.
