Description

You will own the product lifecycle by translating user needs and data into actionable requirements.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze product research, web analytics, and consumer trends to identify feature opportunities.
• Document business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications with clear acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to define user experience, page flows, and wireframes.
• Prioritize product requirements and manage feature T-shirt sizing through stakeholder feedback and data.
• Execute quality assurance testing, including QA and UAT, to validate product releases and manage bug tickets.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as an Associate Product Manager, project manager, or in a similar role.
• Proficiency with Agile methodologies alongside software development teams.
• Experience with project management tools including Jira and Confluence.
• Background in e-Commerce or Digital Media, specifically regarding UI/UX best practices for web and mobile.
• Ability to gather and interpret qualitative product data and consumer feedback.
• Experience creating project plans, status reports, and presentation decks.
• Proven ability to manage concurrent projects, timelines, and deliverables.
• Strong analytical skills to synthesize customer insights into data-driven recommendations.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
