Description

Lead academic instruction and research within health management disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Teach courses in Health Management, Hospital Management, and Healthcare Information Technology.
• Conceptualize and conduct training workshops for students and professionals based on needs assessments.
• Plan, design, and conduct health system research and training programs.
• Network with academic, industry, and research partners in India and abroad.
• Participate in institutional building activities through decentralized management and delegated responsibilities.

Required Skills

• MD or Ph.D. in Health Information Technology, Marketing, HR, Public Health, or Community Medicine.
• Full-time UG and PG degrees with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent.
• Expertise in HR Management, Marketing, or PGDM curricula.
• Academic qualifications from a recognized University or Institution.
• Proven track record in health management or allied disciplines.
• At least 5 publications in peer-reviewed indexed journals.

Preferred Skills

• 3-5 years of work or research experience in the health sector/hospital for Associate Professor roles.
• 5-7 years of work or research experience in the health sector/hospital for Professor roles.
