Description

Lead academic instruction and research within health management disciplines.

Teach courses in Health Management, Hospital Management, and Healthcare Information Technology. Conceptualize and conduct training workshops for students and professionals based on needs assessments. Plan, design, and conduct health system research and training programs. Network with academic, industry, and research partners in India and abroad. Participate in institutional building activities through decentralized management and delegated responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Health Management and Healthcare IT.
• Conduct needs-based training workshops for students and professionals.
• Design and execute health system research and training programs.
• Build networks with academic, industry, and research partners.
• Support institutional building through decentralized management.

Required Skills

• MD or Ph.D. in Health Information Technology, Marketing, HR, Public Health, or Community Medicine.
• Full-time UG and PG degrees with minimum 60% marks.
• Expertise in HR Management, Marketing, or PGDM curricula.
• Academic qualifications from a recognized University or Institution.
• Proven track record in health management or allied disciplines.
• At least 5 publications in peer-reviewed indexed journals.

Preferred Skills

• 3-5 years of work or research experience in the health sector/hospital for Associate Professor roles.
• 5-7 years of work or research experience in the health sector/hospital for Professor roles.
