Description

You will oversee external synthetic and process chemistry projects, ensuring deliverables meet compliance, timeline, quality, and cost targets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ongoing activities at internal and subcontracted sites to ensure project delivery.
• Manage scope of work and quotation requests in coordination with ACDM, Process Development, and Supply Chain teams.
• Coordinate material and sample shipments between sites and manage purchase orders, invoices, and project budgets.
• Oversee deviation investigations, change management, and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain business trackers and support continuous improvement initiatives within ACDM.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of Manufacturing or Operations experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or a Science-related field.
• Experience in Project Management within a chemistry or pharmaceutical environment.
• Knowledge of synthetic drug development and manufacture.
• Understanding of cGMP, Operations, and Regulatory/CMC policies.
• Experience interfacing with CROs and CDMOs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with tech transfer and commercialization of synthetic therapeutics.
• Background in cross-functional or matrix team settings.
