Description

You will manage customer satisfaction and service delivery throughout the laboratory processing lifecycle, acting as the primary contact for clinical, pharma, and clinical trial testing customers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end delivery process from kit and sample receipt to final reporting.
• Resolve customer issues and maintain complaint logs, escalating to senior leadership when necessary.
• Perform quality checks on all customer deliverables and coordinate second QC checks with team members.
• Maintain accurate billing, reimbursement records, and sample testing logs.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of customer service experience in a regulated environment.
• Proficiency in Word processing, Excel, and information systems.
• Experience with data management, manipulation, and reporting.
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and HIPAA.
• Working knowledge of medical terminology.
• Ability to navigate various database systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Education

• Associate degree (AA or AS) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
