Design, execute, and improve testing processes for enterprise Salesforce solutions and AI-driven transformation projects.

Responsibilities

• Own quality assurance initiatives for enterprise Salesforce and AI solutions.
• Design, execute, and refine testing processes across the software lifecycle.
• Collaborate with development teams, stakeholders, and customers to ensure product quality.
• Resolve technical issues through hands-on testing and problem-solving.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance and Testing.
• Proven expertise in Salesforce enterprise solutions.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in enterprise contexts.
• Experience with structured delivery practices and modern platforms.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a consulting environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience contributing to AI-driven transformation projects.
• Direct customer collaboration and consulting experience.
