Execute biological assays and laboratory protocols in a 12-month onsite contract role in Gaithersburg, MD.

Responsibilities

• Execute biological assays and standard laboratory protocols.
• Maintain cell cultures and monitor growth parameters.
• Perform DNA sequencing and Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) workflows.
• Conduct RT-PCR experiments and analyze resulting sequence data.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of professional experience in a laboratory setting.
• Hands-on experience with cell culture maintenance.
• Proficiency in core biology techniques.
• Experience with DNA sequencing and NGS workflows.
• Technical skill in RT-PCR.
• Ability to perform sequence analysis.
