Description

You will own oligonucleotide synthesis and purification processes in the laboratory.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute oligonucleotide synthesis using automated synthesizers and solid phase methods.
• Perform oligonucleotide purification using Akta systems.
• Operate and manage Unicorn software for purification workflows.
• Maintain laboratory standards through consistent application of synthetic oligonucleotide methods.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of laboratory experience.
• Extensive experience in oligonucleotide chemistry.
• Hands-on experience with automated oligo synthesizers.
• Proficiency in solid phase and synthetic oligonucleotide methods.
• Working knowledge of Akta systems for purification.
• Experience using Unicorn software.
• Expertise in oligonucleotide purification techniques.

Preferred Skills

• M.S. or B.S. equivalent in Organic Chemistry or Biochemistry.
