Description

You will support the Salesforce development function across multiple agile teams as a hands-on technical Scrum Master/Analyst.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage project and sprint plans, including milestones, dependencies, and RAID, with clear status reporting.
• Lead and facilitate Agile delivery (Scrum/Kanban), supporting planning, refinement, and retrospectives for continuous improvement.
• Lead scope definition and requirements discovery by interviewing stakeholders and analyzing workflows to create executable delivery plans.
• Write and manage user stories with acceptance criteria; document process flows and functional specifications.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver capabilities on time, tracking delivery metrics and driving corrective actions.
