Description

You will support Salesforce development teams as a hands-on technical Scrum Master and Analyst, driving agile delivery and requirements management.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage project and sprint plans, tracking milestones, dependencies, and RAID logs with clear status reporting.
• Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies including planning, refinement, and retrospectives using Scrum or Kanban.
• Define scope and elicit requirements by interviewing stakeholders and analyzing workflows to create executable delivery plans.
• Write and manage user stories with acceptance criteria, documenting process flows and functional specifications.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver capabilities on time, tracking metrics and driving corrective actions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of working experience in project or agile roles.
• Deep knowledge of the Scrum framework and Kanban methodology.
• Proven ability to create and manage user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Experience conducting stakeholder interviews and eliciting requirements.
• Ability to document process flows and functional specifications.
• Experience coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and triaging defects.

Preferred Skills

• Technical background supporting Salesforce development.
