Description

You will develop, configure, and integrate ServiceNow IRM and GRC solutions, including API integrations with external systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize ServiceNow IRM solutions to meet specific business requirements.
• Build and maintain API integrations connecting the ServiceNow platform to external systems.
• Configure workflows, data integrations, and system integrations for compliance processes.
• Analyze business requirements to design and develop GRC applications.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including design, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development or related technical roles.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow IRM/GRC development and customization.
• Proficiency in API integration for connecting ServiceNow with external systems.
• Solid understanding of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) processes.
• Experience managing GRC and IRM programs through solution design and configuration.
• Knowledge of Compliance Management and Regulatory Change Management.
• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Technology, Software Development, or equivalent industry experience.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Archer 6.X.
• Familiarity with regulatory scanners like CUBE for horizon scanning.
