Analyze complex datasets to identify trends supporting revenue growth and customer retention.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales and marketing data to identify patterns for revenue increase and customer attrition reduction.
• Conduct pricing, product, propensity to purchase, customer segmentation, and revenue forecast analyses.
• Design and build data visualizations and dashboards to track key sales and marketing KPIs.
• Fulfill ad hoc requests from stakeholders for data, reports, and one-off analyses.
• Structure data sources and enhance data access to drive business decisions.

Required Skills

• Minimum 2 years of SQL experience.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Proficiency with Tableau or similar BI tools.
• Experience using Salesforce Lightning.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLookups, and charts.
• 1-3 years of data and analytics experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Health Informatics.
• Ability to present data stories using Excel and PowerPoint.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Python.
• Experience with R.
