Description

You will own the architectural design and principles for Centralized Identity and Access Management (CIAM). This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Create and oversee architectural design and principles for CIAM.
• Implement Proofs of Concept (POCs) and solutions when appropriate.
• Mentor engineers both within and outside the team.
• Establish best practices and provide tooling to make compliance frictionless.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Software Engineering using Java or .NET.
• Experience developing REST APIs.
• Experience developing cloud-native applications on Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Proficiency with identity standards including OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, and SCIM.
• Familiarity with identity platforms like Auth0, Ping Identity, or Microsoft Azure AD B2C.
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform.
• Strong problem-solving abilities to resolve complex technical issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience with major Identity Providers (ForgeRock, Ping, Okta).
