Description

You will enhance the technical sales process by building and maintaining product demonstration and proof-of-concept environments for field-based Solution Consulting and Sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Demo and POC environments for field Solution Consulting and Sales teams.
• Act as an internal Gainsight Admin for the Solutions Engineering Operations POD across CS, PX, CC, SJ, and ST demo environments.
• Configure and maintain master demo environments, incorporating new releases and features.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Support teams to integrate new updates into demos.
• Analyze data and design solutions to meet specific business needs and use cases, configuring the Gainsight platform accordingly.

Required Skills

• 0.6 to 2 years of hands-on experience in Solutions Engineering or Professional Services.
• 0.6 to 2 years of experience with CRM, databases, and data integration processes.
• Solid technical proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL.
• Experience with SaaS platforms; Salesforce, Hubspot, and Zendesk are relevant.
• Demonstrated skill in utilizing technical knowledge to customize demos and build out-of-box integrations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical, business, and senior leader stakeholders.
• Capability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
