Description

Design, execute, and automate test cases to ensure software quality across multiple environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases based on functional and technical requirements.
• Participate in test planning, estimation, and strategy discussions to ensure comprehensive coverage.
• Identify, log, and track defects using standard defect management tools.
• Perform regression, integration, and system testing across development, staging, and production environments.
• Collaborate with developers and business analysts to understand requirements and contribute to release readiness reports.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, covering both manual and automation testing.
• Hands-on proficiency with Selenium and TestNG for automation frameworks.
• Experience with API testing and basic SQL for database validation.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile/Scrum practices.
• Proficiency in JIRA for defect tracking and project management.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and understanding of continuous testing processes.
• Knowledge of Regression Testing and Defect Tracking methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with additional automation frameworks such as Cypress, Playwright, or Robot Framework.
• Exposure to performance testing tools and DevOps utilities like Jenkins or Docker.
• ISTQB certification or equivalent QA credentials.
