Description

You will own application monitoring, incident response, and infrastructure reliability across cloud environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor applications and databases to detect performance issues and anomalies.
• Investigate incidents and problems to determine and resolve root causes.
• Respond to system events and changes across Azure, AWS, and GCP environments.
• Set up and maintain monitoring for applications and databases.
• Manage third-party services and maintain vendor relationships.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering or similar roles.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, or PKS.
• Proficiency with Splunk, including log parsing, complex searches, external table lookups, and data flow.
• Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of Azure Monitor and Google Cloud Monitoring.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow, Jira, and Confluence for ticketing and documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing vendor integrations.
• Background in infrastructure reliability engineering.
