You will provide technical support for application platform customers, focusing on troubleshooting application stacks and investigating system failures.
Responsibilities
Respond to a high volume of technical customer tickets in a timely manner.
Troubleshoot Node.js and common application stack configurations, including databases, dependencies, and environment variables.
Investigate root causes of application failures such as server crashes, datacenter outages, or resource exhaustion.
Collaborate with support, product, and engineering teams to resolve complex issues.
Identify, communicate, and document process and policy improvements.
Required Skills
3+ years of experience in technical support or a related field.
Experience configuring, starting, and debugging Node.js or other common applications.
Proficiency with Linux command line operations.
Strong analytical and pattern recognition skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for supporting tech-savvy customers.
Ability to work the 5:30pm - 1:30am IST shift.
Degree in any field (Any Graduate).
Preferred Skills
Experience deploying and managing production-ready applications.
Familiarity with 12-factor app methodology and CI/CD.
Programming or scripting experience in Bash, PHP, Go, Python, or Node.js.
