Description

You investigate and resolve complex L3 application and UI defects across frontend, backend, APIs, and infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Perform deep root cause analysis and collaborate with development teams to implement permanent fixes.
• Create automated test cases using Playwright and enhance defect prevention through improved logging, monitoring, and testing.
• Support observability and reliability initiatives, including stability improvements and performance monitoring.
• Design and implement IT process automations for deployment pipelines, environment setup, monitoring alerts, and operational tasks.
• Assist DevOps teams with CI/CD pipelines, release automation, and containerization with exposure to cloud platforms.

Required Skills

• 1-3 years in Software Engineering, DevOps, or Application Support experience in Agile or DevOps environments.
• Proficiency with Postman, Selenium, Playwright, DevOps practices, and Git.
• Experience with CI/CD tooling.
• Familiarity with Python and Docker.
• Ability to perform debugging using Chrome DevTools.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
