Description

You will lead technical execution, mentor developers, and maintain hands-on coding standards for the team.

Responsibilities

• Apply industry best practices to the software development lifecycle.
• Mentor developers and communicate technical concepts clearly.
• Perform static and dynamic code quality analysis.
• Implement design patterns including OOP, resiliency, and circuit breakers.
• Execute TDD and BDD development practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on software development experience.
• Proficiency in Java and the Spring Framework.
• Experience building applications with Spring Boot.
• Strong understanding of REST standards and microservices architecture.
• Experience with JavaScript frameworks, specifically Angular JS 2.0 or ReactJS.
• Working knowledge of NodeJS.
• Understanding of CI/CD, security, and performance tuning.
