Description

You provide 24/7 production support, managing incidents and system health for critical infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Manage outages and incidents by executing SOP commands, including server restarts and configuration updates.
• Monitor dashboards and tools to raise flags and create tracking dashboards for critical metrics.
• Triage issues, establish war rooms, and engage Tier 2 support when necessary.
• Debug code and architecture to identify root causes and direct issues to the correct technical teams.
• Develop and enhance alerts and monitoring systems to ensure proactive health checks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in 24/7 application production support.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce and MuleSoft.
• Deep understanding of SLAs and KPIs within IT operations.
• Ability to debug code and understand system architecture.
• Experience with incident management and proactive health checks.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Any Graduate degree.
