Description

You will lead the design and implementation of scalable engineering solutions and server-side components. You manage a team of at least three developers while maintaining coding standards and team policies.

Responsibilities

• Develop intelligent, scalable engineering solutions from scratch using the Open-source Java stack.
• Design high and low-level product architectures, roadmaps, and technical specifications.
• Partner with customers to align technical development with product vision and business goals.
• Oversee the full development lifecycle, including testing, implementation, and maintenance within Agile timelines.

Required Skills

• 6-10 years of hands-on web development experience in Core Java and J2EE.
• Proficiency in OOAD frameworks including Spring, Hibernate, and REST.
• Experience with databases such as MySQL, Oracle, or NoSQL platforms.
• Strong background in end-to-end application development within an Agile environment.
• Hands-on expertise in TDD, Continuous Integration, and build tools like Maven, Jenkins, or Gradle.
• Solid understanding of Design Patterns and integration patterns for queuing and caching.
• Ability to define technical architecture and act as a hands-on coder.
• Any Graduate degree with strong analytical and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud computing or Linux.
• Knowledge of non-relational platforms like DynamoDB or MongoDB.
