You will support customer services through monitoring, investigating, and diagnosing technical issues on a 24/7 shift rotation.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, investigate, and diagnose technical issues for customers across the region.
• Manage a large volume of network devices, servers, and applications.
• Follow defined processes and procedures to maintain service stability.
• Work within a team to resolve potential problems using your own initiative.
• Represent the company professionally when communicating with stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in an IT Support environment.
• Proven troubleshooting skills.
• Experience as a Service Engineer.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work a 24/7 shift pattern.
• Any Graduate degree.
