Description

You will design and maintain automation frameworks to ensure the quality and reliability of insurance applications.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks to validate insurance workflows.
• Create and execute manual and automated test cases for claims management, policy issuance, underwriting, and premium calculations.
• Collaborate with DevOps and development teams to integrate automation tests into the delivery pipeline.
• Track and report on test execution results, defect status, and coverage metrics.
• Drive QA efficiencies by automating repetitive regression scenarios and critical business flows.

Required Skills

• 13+ years of experience in test automation and quality assurance.
• Expertise in Selenium and Java.
• Strong background in both manual and automation testing.
• Deep understanding of the insurance domain, including regulatory compliance and business rules.
• Experience testing complex workflows like claims processing and policy management.
• Ability to provide detailed testing estimates within Agile environments.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Performance testing experience using JMeter or LoadRunner.
• Security testing experience using OWASP ZAP.
