Description

You will own the end-to-end experience design for player-facing features, advocating for user needs from concept to execution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Craft player experiences that impact millions, ensuring holistic design from concept to execution.
• Create clear wireframes and effective prototypes to enable seamless user interaction.
• Collaborate with game designers, artists, and product managers to develop unique concepts.
• Apply user research, observation, and deconstruction skills to understand user needs and market trends.
• Communicate design decisions effectively to stakeholders and team members.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in UX Design.
• Proficiency in Figma for design and prototyping.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design fundamentals and practical application.
• Experience in wireframing and prototyping for digital products.
• Ability to conduct user research and analyze market trends.
• Strong communication skills for presenting design rationale.
• Background in Game Design is highly advantageous.

• Experience designing for accessibility to support diverse player needs.
• Visual design skills to facilitate better communication with game artists.
• Ability to use data and mathematics to drive design decisions.
