Lead an enterprise delivery organization of 150+ engineers focused on automation and complex project delivery for global clients.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver complex projects across the agile lifecycle using onshore and offshore models.
• Own project planning, progress monitoring, budgeting, forecasting, and milestone control.
• Lead physical and virtual teams while managing third-party provided services.
• Execute incident management and escalation procedures to maintain service delivery standards.
• Provide regular performance reports and facilitate status meetings for large stakeholder groups.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of Project or Program Management experience.
• 4+ years running an Enterprise Delivery Organization with 150+ engineers and $25M+ annual revenue.
• 4+ years of experience in Scrum or Agile development methodologies.
• Technical understanding of .NET, Python, Java, RPA, and BPMS.
• Knowledge of DevOps concepts including CI/CD, Code Repo, Docker, Containers, and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency with Jira, Azure boards, and MS Project.
• Understanding of HyperAutomation, including Cognitive Automation, UX, Workflow, and Integrations.
• Strong grasp of SDLC, release planning, and design thinking.
• BE / BSc (Engg) / BTech from a Tier 1 Institution.
