Description

Lead delivery of complex mobile, web, and cloud migration programs while owning the full SDLC.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-track sprint planning, retrospectives, and delivery-focused team formation.
• Execute the full SDLC including estimation, story grooming, development, testing, PR reviews, and UAT.
• Manage multiple accounts, tracking projects via JIRA and ADO while maintaining RAID logs.
• Present tool-driven daily status reports, weekly updates, and QBRs to CXO leadership.
• Interpret actionable metrics including code coverage, security testing, and automation coverage.

Required Skills

• 20 years of professional experience with at least 10 years in delivery leadership.
• Proven track record delivering complex mobile, web, and cloud migration programs.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and execution best practices.
• Hands-on expertise with JIRA and ADO for project tracking and reporting.
• Ability to manage RAID logs, project health metrics, and key customer stakeholders.
• Experience interacting with offshore teams and interpreting static analysis/PR metrics.
• Strong communication skills for presenting to CXO leadership.
