Description

Lead talent acquisition strategies and recruiting operations to strengthen organizational capabilities. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full-cycle recruiting process, including setting policies and managing recruiter communication.
• Develop demand forecasting processes by skill to create medium-term planning and short-term fulfillment plans.
• Lead sourcing strategies across multiple channels, focusing on passive candidate attraction and recruiting tool optimization.
• Manage and challenge existing recruiting methods and TA information systems to improve sourcing, assessment, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with leadership to define long-term talent acquisition missions and goals.

Required Skills

• At least eight years of Talent Acquisition experience.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing recruiting operations in high-pressure, growth-oriented environments.
• In-depth knowledge of local and international TA processes, including sourcing, scheduling, and ATS management.
• Experience managing full-time versus C2C hiring models.
• Proficiency with various TA information systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Expertise in employment and immigration legislation.
