You will lead engineering teams, define technical strategy, and ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor large engineering teams, overseeing recruitment, talent development, and performance management.
• Drive technical vision and architectural oversight to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Establish coding standards, best practices, and engineering processes to improve delivery efficiency.
• Collaborate with product management and stakeholders to align technical initiatives with business objectives.
• Engage directly with clients to understand technical requirements, propose solutions, and manage expectations.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on backend development.
• 5+ years in an architecture role managing large engineering teams.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, Node.js, or ReactJS.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud platforms.
• Deep understanding of software architecture, microservices, API design, and database management.
• Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code.
• Proven track record in solution design and client engagement.
