Description
You will lead process innovation and engineering design support across all company plants, focusing on optimization, troubleshooting, and efficiency improvements.
Responsibilities
- Drive process innovation initiatives across existing manufacturing plants to enhance operational efficiency.
- Provide process engineering and design support for continuous improvement projects and new implementations.
- Troubleshoot complex process plant issues using Six Sigma methodology and analytical frameworks.
- Execute multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to technical standards.
- Deliver training and development programs to foster process enhancement capabilities within teams.
Required Skills
- BE in Chemical Engineering with 5-8 years of experience in process engineering or plant troubleshooting.
- Expertise in process design calculations, including heat and mass balance computations.
- Proven ability in process and energy efficiency improvement and yield optimization.
- Strong business analysis skills with experience in analysis, design, and development.
- Solid understanding of Six Sigma methodology for process troubleshooting and improvement.
- Excellent analytical, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to manage and execute multiple projects concurrently in a manufacturing environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams for process reengineering initiatives.
- Background in large-scale MNC manufacturing operations.
