Description

You will design, develop, and integrate open source IP-PBX solutions within a digital transformation team.

Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain, and configure existing Asterisk and FreeSwitch IP-PBX systems.
• Design and implement complex dial plans for Unified Communications and Contact Center solutions.
• Develop and integrate Asterisk/FreeSwitch interfaces including AGI, AMI, and ARI with external applications.
• Integrate service provider SIP/VoIP accounts and configure analogue or PRI lines.
• Connect MySQL and other databases with IP-PBX systems to facilitate reporting.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in telephony development and system management.
• Hands-on experience with Asterisk or FreeSwitch IP-PBX installation and configuration.
• Proficiency with telephony protocols including SIP, SDP, RTP, and WebRTC.
• Strong Linux administration skills and experience working in Linux environments.
• Experience programming with PHP, MySQL, and C#.
• Proven track record of designing solutions using AGI, AMI, and ARI interfaces.
• Experience integrating IP-PBX systems with web applications.

Preferred Skills

• Prior exposure to CTI, IVR, or Agent Desktop Applications.
• Experience in UC or CC project environments.
