Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and configure Ataccama ONE (Data Quality module)
• Perform data profiling across AWS S3 and Databricks datasets
• Define and implement data quality rules (technical & business)
• Establish data quality metrics, scorecards, and thresholds
• Identify data issues such as schema drift, null values, inconsistencies
• Execute Detect → Triage → Remediate workflows
• Build and present DQ dashboards and insights for stakeholders
• Collaborate with client SMEs for validation and feedback cycles
• Demonstrate measurable improvements in data quality during the POC

Mandatory Skills:

• Hands-on experience with Ataccama ONE (Data Quality)
• Strong understanding of data profiling and rule development
• Experience with DQ dimensions (Completeness, Validity, Consistency, Integrity)

Experience working with:

• AWS S3 (Data Lake)
• Databricks (Delta Lake / Data Layers)
• Ability to implement and validate data quality rules across datasets
• Strong communication skills to interact with technical and business stakeholders

Secondary Skills (Preferred):

• Understanding of ETL processes (Informatica / custom ETL frameworks)
• Experience with data governance, catalog, or lineage tools
• Ability to analyze profiling results and identify root causes of data issues
• Experience with DQ dashboards, KPIs, and reporting

Good to Have Skills:

• Exposure to AI features in Ataccama (rule suggestions, anomaly detection)
• Healthcare domain experience (Claims, Member, Provider data)
• Experience working in POC / short-term delivery engagements
• Knowledge of large-scale data processing environments

Key Expectations:

• Ability to independently drive Ataccama implementation and discussions
• Hands-on execution with minimal supervision
• Deliver measurable outcomes within a short timeline (POC environment)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset

Experience Required:

• 10+ years in Data Engineering / Data Quality
• Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience with Ataccama (preferred)
