Description

You will develop and debug semiconductor test programs on the Advantest 93K platform, covering hardware design, pattern bringup, and device characterization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and debug test programs for the Advantest 93K platform.
• Design ATE wafer probe cards and loadboards.
• Perform device characterization and execute pattern bringup.
• Manage hardware development and debugging for ATE systems.

Required Skills

• 10 years of recent experience with Advantest 93K test program development.
• Proficiency in C/C++ and Advantest 93K C++ Test Method.
• Experience with Perl or Python scripting.
• Background in semiconductor testing engineering.
• Proven experience in ATE hardware development and debug.
• BS Degree in Computer Engineering.
• Ability to work evening, overnight, or weekend shifts as required.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with complex pattern bringup and debugging procedures.
