Description

You will manage and optimize the Aternity digital experience monitoring platform for the Windows Hardware and Device Management squad.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Enhance Aternity capabilities by increasing data collection for device attributes, application activities, and health events.
• Implement and configure new Aternity features and represent user requirements for priority enhancements.
• Drive resolution of prevalent user issues through reporting, alerting, and automation.
• Manage Aternity administration, including access control, license monitoring, dashboard modification, SaaS upgrades, and agent deployments.
• Develop and deliver technical training for Aternity users ranging from beginner to advanced levels.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Aternity or similar application performance monitoring systems.
• Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft Windows OS, including Registry and WMI.
• Proficiency with PowerShell scripting.
• Experience with Active Directory and Group Policy.
• Working knowledge of SQL Server or Snowflake.
• Hands-on experience with Windows native performance tools and Sysinternals.
• Familiarity with industry standard tools such as PCMark.
• Experience using reporting tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Ability to document and communicate technical standards via Slack, email, and video.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with digital experience monitoring in large-scale Windows environments.
• Background in hardware or device management lifecycle.
