Description

You will manage and support the Atlassian toolset for a growing business.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop solutions.
• Research, test, and implement plugins for Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket.
• Develop interfaces connecting external tooling to Jira/Confluence infrastructure.
• Manage Jira workflows, screen schemes, permission schemes, and notifications.
• Provide ongoing user support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience setting up and supporting Atlassian Tools (Jira, Confluence).
• Basic proficiency in SQL and JQL querying.
• Experience customizing workflows, setting up dashboards, and generating reports.
• Understanding of the software development cycle.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, SQL, JQL Query, REST Api, SAML, SAML2, Java.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to automate and extend base Jira/Confluence functionality, including scripting.
• Experience developing custom plugins using Java for Jira 9.x and Confluence 9.x.
• Knowledge of Single Sign On protocols such as SAML or SAML2.
