Description

You will manage the administration, maintenance, and automation of the Atlassian suite across Data Center and Cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain business services and workflows within Jira, Jira Service Management, Jira Assets, and Confluence.
• Configure custom fields, Proforma form fields, automation rules, jobs, listeners, and endpoints.
• Automate service requests and business flows using Groovy via the ScriptRunner plugin.
• Manage Bitbucket source code management and administration.
• Support customer teams by documenting requirements and resolving Jira service requests.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Atlassian administration (Jira, JSM, Confluence).
• Proficiency in Groovy scripting for service automation.
• Experience with Bitbucket source code management.
• Red Hat and Linux administration skills.
• Ability to run and troubleshoot applications within containers.
• Experience managing both Data Center and Cloud environments.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience migrating on-prem instances to SaaS cloud offerings.
• Knowledge of Basic Governance, Risk, and Control (GRC) processes.
