Description

You will administer, support, and maintain on-premises Jira, Confluence, and Crowd servers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage system administration and support for business-critical Atlassian environments.
• Plan and execute disaster recovery strategies for server infrastructure.
• Perform system upgrades and apply security patches regularly.
• Administer Confluence spaces and configure complex Jira workflows.
• Manage user authentication via Crowd and maintain Linux system integrity.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a large (1000+ users) Atlassian server or data center environment.
• Deep expertise in Jira workflow administration and Confluence space management.
• Experience with Crowd-based authentication systems.
• Intermediate Linux system administration skills.
• Proficiency in scripting languages, specifically bash and Groovy.
• AWS experience in a system administration capacity with familiarity in infrastructure automation.
• Intermediate TCP/IP networking knowledge.
