Description

Manage the end-to-end administration, configuration, and maintenance of the Atlassian suite. Own the migration of on-premises or Data Center environments to AWS and SaaS.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure Jira, Jira Service Management, and Confluence within Linux environments.
• Manage security configurations including SSO, SSL, certificate installation, and session settings.
• Build automations and scripts to enhance platform functionality and integrate with external applications.
• Triage and resolve performance issues to ensure system resilience.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Jira and Confluence administration (front-end and back-end).
• Expertise in Atlassian REST APIs for Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management.
• Advanced knowledge of Jira and Confluence architecture and underlying tech stacks.
• Proficiency with Linux, Shell, and Shell scripting.
• Experience with Python and Groovy scripting.
• Hands-on experience with JQL and CQL.
• Solid understanding of the Java tech stack, including Core Java, J2EE, Tomcat, JSP, JavaScript, Maven, and Spring.
• Proven ability to build integrations between Atlassian tools and external applications.
• Experience managing AWS services including EC2, S3, RDS, EBS, ALB, VPC, and CloudWatch.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Atlassian plugins such as ScriptRunner, Portfolio, Comala, Refined, JMW, JSU, EazyBI, Dynamic forms, Elements Connect, and Xray.
• Knowledge of DevOps tools like GitLab, Jenkins, Bitbucket, and UCD.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile.
