Description

You will administer and optimize the Atlassian suite across Data Center and Cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and manage system requirements acting as the liaison between business users and technical teams.
• Lead and support migrations from Atlassian Data Center to Cloud.
• Design, configure, and maintain Atlassian customizations, workflows, and automation.
• Analyze existing processes to identify optimization opportunities and document platform transitions.
• Collaborate with teams using Agile or SAFe methodologies to deliver projects.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of proven experience with Atlassian Products (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket) in Data Center and Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with Atlassian customizations, automation, and integrations.
• Strong Business Systems Analysis (BSA) skills: requirements gathering, process mapping, and system documentation.
• Understanding of REST APIs and SQL database analysis.
• Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks, specifically SAFe.
• Proficiency with scripting in Groovy and Python.
• Excellent analytical and stakeholder management capabilities.
