Description

You will administer and optimize the Atlassian suite across Data Center and Cloud environments.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize Atlassian products in Data Center and Cloud.
• Lead and support migrations from Data Center to Cloud.
• Design, configure, and maintain customizations, workflows, and automation.
• Gather and document system requirements as the liaison between business and technical teams.
• Analyze processes to identify optimization opportunities and document platform transitions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Atlassian Products (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket) in Data Center and Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with Atlassian customizations, automation, and integrations.
• Proficiency in scripting with Groovy and Python.
• Strong Business Systems Analysis skills: requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation.
• Understanding of REST APIs and SQL database analysis.
• Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks, specifically SAFe.
